NOTE: No cartons of beer/wine/bottled/water will be allowed as luggage or carry on. Penalty $2.00 per kg will be charged.

Baggage Allowance
- 25kg per adult/child
- 10kg per infant
- Carry on baggage 5kg per person
- Excess baggage is $2.00 per kg
Note: We cannot allow esky’s or chilly bins to be loaded on board Malolo Cat.
Children / Infants
- Please note: No infants or children are allowed on the top deck on all Malolo Cat ferries.
Locals
- To be eligible for local rates, you must present suitable documents (ID). Passports are not accepted.
Credit Cards
- Malolo cat accepts visa/master/amex cards, 3% administration charge will apply if payment is done at the check-in counter.
Cancellation Policy
Booking changes can be made through reservations up to 1 hour prior to booked departure time without penalty. Cancellations made with 1 hour of booked departure time or ‘’no shows’’ will be charged 100%
Refund Policy
Malolocat Refund Policy is in line with Cancellation Policy and it’s not transferrable
- As the Payment was Received Via online Booking
- The Client’s needs to Contact the Res Team or the GM as the Email Address is in the Website
- Once the Refund is approved by GM
- A confirmation email needs to be sent to Client that Leeward is Refunding the money
- Online refund will be done and refund receipt will be sent to the Client.
Due to transport regulations and insurance restraints, we regret that we are unable to transfer surfboards to or from Denarau Marina on our courtesy bus service.
Solution
Our company agrees to provide special free transport from Nadi Airport or any hotel up to Nadi
Town, through to Port Denarau marina. This service will be arranged by the Malolo Cat bus drivers.

When you check in at the Malolo Cat Denarau counter just buy a freight ticket from our staff,
and we will arrange for your boards to be delivered to reception at your island
resort on the same boat. NOTE: No vouchers will be accepted for surfboard and
sailboard or windsurf freight.
From The Island To The Mainland
Malolo Cat staff will arrange our special surfboard van to transfer your boards to any
Nadi hotel, or the Airport from Port Denarau marina. This service is free of charge if
you are holding a normal personal transfer Malolo Cat ticket or voucher and a
surfboard freight ticket.
NOTE: Guests travelling by plane / helicopter to / from Nadi who wish to send their
surfboards or luggage on the Malolo Cat will have to pay for the taxi / van charge to
the Airport or the Nadi hotel of their choice, plus the freight charge.
This can be arranged at the check in counter or by reception staff on the island.
